POST-STUDY WORK PERMIT
After a one-year master’s or Ph.D you can stay back for 2 years to look or work. You are also allowed to stay back for a year after your bachelors degree.

There are several critical skills in Ireland. These are skills in critical demand and the Irish government publishes a whole list. You can see this here.
All occupations on this list are eligible for a PR in two years.
CITIZENSHIP
If you have been working in Ireland on critical skills or general skills you can apply for citizenship after 5 years. Please remember that Irish citizenship is also an EU citizenship that will allow you to work and live in all 27 EU countries + U.K.
